For lovers of typical Italian wines.
Grifola de San Lazzaro is the perfect wine for lovers of typical Italian red wines. Grifola Montepulciano comes from soils composed mainly of clay and limestone, and shows character here, with rustic tannins underpinned by a fresh structure and aromatic complexity. Its flavour is reminiscent of pepper, aromatic herbs and blackberries. The work undertaken by Paolo and Elisabetta, both in the vineyards to obtain quality grapes and in the cellars during vinification, places this cuvée among the finest representatives of the Montepulciano grape variety.
