Intense, complex and seductive, aromas of popcorn, smooth, buttered toast with floral notes and a touch of mint.
Mouth
Smooth texture and very drinkable, nice refreshing acidity that evokes exotic fruits, offset by perfectly integrated wood and a long lasting flavour.
Winemaking
The fermentation at a controlled temperature of around 18° is followed by the lees stirred back into the wine for 4 months, then passing in barrel for around 4 months.
