Prosecco Rosé Brut
The latest addition to the Setteanime estate, Prosecco Doc Rosé has a recent history. It is only since 2020 that the Prosecco appellation and its consortium of winemakers can produce rosé. A blend of Glera and Pinot Noir, it is produced like its two brothers on the estate using the Charmat-Martinotti method, which consists of a closed-tank fermentation.
