The grapes are harvested by hand and are selected on a working table. Fermentation proceeds separately by variety and parcel. The wine will spend a total of 15 months in barrels. After the first 12 months, assembly occurs and the wine ages another three months in the barrels. The aging is complemented by six months in bottles before going to market.
Intense red, the nose presents intense notes of black fruits and finely spiced jam. It is ample in the mouth with beautiful roundness and particularly fine, silky tannins, also with an agreeable acidity that extends the finale with great freshness.
