Gioveto 2020 Magnum
Gioveto wine is made from the best grapes of Sangiovese (60%), Merlot (20%) and Syrah (20%). "Gioveto" comes from the ancient name of Sangiovese in Tuscany called "SanGioveto". The vinification is classic, with frequent reassembling. Maceration is shorter for the Merlot and Syrah than for the Sangiovese.
