Nose
incredible aromatic density and complexity. The predominant fruits are strawberry and blackcurrant. It develops on more intense flavours of vanilla, smoke and liquorice.
Mouth
full, round and warm. A structured wine, well balanced.
Winemaking
Stainless steel tanks for about 15 days at controlled temperatures. Aging takes place in small barrels of French oak and American oak for 15 months.
