An intense and elegant combination of power and freshness. Aromas of dark fruits (cherries and plums), spices (pepper, liquorice and juniper) and delicate notes of ripe sweet peppers.
Mouth
A refined and juicy savour of ripe fruit and spices. The long and fresh finale draws on silky tannins.
Winemaking
10 days of fermentation in stainless steel tanks, followed by 6 to 8 months maturing in 15-hl barrels made of French oak.
