Unique plot facing south-west. Bunches of merlot dry for about 30 days before harvest. The vine shoots are cut so that the grapes are no longer nourished by the plant and dry naturally, caressed by the breeze coming from both the seaside and the Gran Sasso range.

Delicate notes of red berries, grenadine and very ripe red pepper, ending with light vanilla scents.
Mouth
The attack is supple and the texture crispy. Ample and vigorous on the palate. We find the small red fruits whose aromas gradually intensify to give way to delicate and dashing notes of ripe pepper. Good persistence and coated tannins.
Winemaking
25 days of maceration followed by ageing for 12 to 14 months in 500-litre French oak barrels.
