Nose
Complex, elegant and fresh aromas. Notes of dark fruits (cherries, plums, blueberries) and mild spices, wrapped up in a delicate woody aroma.
Mouth
Full and juicy flavour of ripe cherries and red pepper. The structure remains balanced and elegant. The long and fresh finale draws on dense and silky tannins.
Winemaking
Two weeks of fermentation in stainless steel tanks, followed by a second fermentation on a marc made of Rigoverno grapes left on the vine, then 12 months maturing in 500-l barrels made of French oak.

7-10 years.
