Mouth
smooth, full, harmonious, warm and round with good lingering flavour.
Winemaking
Harvested by hand in the small hours of the morning. Maceration of medium term (10-12 days). Malolactic fermentation in vitrified cement tanks. Aging lasts about 10-12 months in French small oak barrels, followed by about 6 months in the bottle.
