History and Location
Founded in 1996 by the Carparelli family, the I Pastini winery is located in central Puglia, in the heart of the Itria Valley, in the land of the Trulli (historical cylindrical dwellings made solely from dry stones).

The result of a combination between traditional winegrowing methods and modern winemaking techniques, the wines of the I Pastini winery reflect the new trend in this region of Southern Italy which now concentrates entirely on quality.
Reviving Local Varieties
The founder, Gianni Carparelli, works on a family property of 30 acres, tirelessly pursuing the idea of reviving local varieties such as Verdeca, Fiano d’Alessio Minutolo and Susumaniello, in the image of his complex vintage packed with freshness, Verso Sud.
