Floral and fruity with shades of minerals and spices with a delicate touch of roasting.
Mouth
Wine with character and a good structure. It's side of red fruits and balsamic perfectly blends with its tannins and a beautiful finish. Very long lingering flavour.
Winemaking
Ageing of 16 months, 60% in small barrels and small clay containers and 40% in concrete tanks to favour the fruit.
