The aromas, in a "Southern" style, are expressed in notes of fruit liquor such as cherry, redcurrant, blackberry and lightly spiced with liquorice

Rather fluid, but at the same time quite dense, with herbal and mineral hints that give it a fresh and dynamic aspect. The tannins are round and offer a crisp structure

Aging takes place for 18 months in a single oak vat of 6,000 litres.
