Panettone is a masterpiece of craftsmanship. It takes up to 3 days of preparation, between the various additions of ingredients at precise moments and the multiple kneading, to give this "brioche" its lightness and unique flavour. It therefore deserves to be savoured in good company and in the best environment.

The Panettone alla Grappa Poli can be matched with various types of wine or brandy. It goes wonderfully well with sweet wines made from Muscat, such as Moscato d'Asti, Pierale Moscato or Passito di Pantelleria. For a drier and more festive version, it is a very good match with Prosecco and finally, for an optimal combination, a good digestive such as the Grappa Poli di Moscato.
