Nose
floral and fruity with hints of mineral and spices with a delicate hint of chocolate.
Mouth
a wine with character and good structure. Its ripe red fruit side perfectly blends with its lofty tannins. The acidity is good and the finish long and persistent.
Winemaking
Fermentation with natural yeasts for about 20 days, followed by maceration after alcoholic fermentation of 10 days. The aging lasts 20 months in French small oak barrels of which 60% are new.
