Mouth
Explosive and velvety, cherry jam.
Winemaking
After fermentation in stainless steel, the wine ages for 9 months in French oak barrels, 50% new and 50% second use. Without fining or tartaric precipitation (scaling), it is bottled and refined for 6 months before being placed on the market.
