We find at the same time, volume, fat and finesse, all well supported by lively acidity which refreshes the structure for coming to blossom on an intense and delicate palate, with a deliciously prolonged unusual lingering flavour
Winemaking
Fermentation in wooden, concrete and stainless steel vats. Aged in 1200 litre barrels called "foudres".
