Nose
intense aromas of blackberries, blueberries, strawberries, cherries, berry jam and spicy notes of black pepper and liquorice.
Mouth
dense, great concentration, very beautiful harmony which is prolonged by aromas of black cherries, plums, sweet spices, tobacco and liquorice. The tannins are strong with an endless lingering flavour.
Winemaking
Fermentation in stainless steel tanks, followed by 12 months in new barrels from Allier and Never.
