This wine is produced mainly from the Corvina, Corvinone and Rondinella grapes as well as a small percentage of Molinara grapes. The «Moròpio» vineyard is located in the Classic area in Marano di Valpolicella at 350 meters above sea level. The terroir is clay type. Each year 8,000 to 9,000 bottles of this Amarone are produced.

Ruby red with reflects of garnet, very concentrated.
Nose
Intense and complex. The perfumes come together in a swirl of red fruits, dried flowers, sweet spices, black cherry jam, coffee and chocolate.
Mouth
The same sensations can be found on the palate mixed with soft tannins and an acidity that gives freshness and pleasure with each sip.
Winemaking
The ageing lasts 2 years in barrels and casks of oak, cherry and chestnut, followed by 12 months in bottle.
