Nose
Intense, complex and extremely attractive. Notes of blackcurrant, raspberry, rose and orange blossom, personality characteristics of the terroir.
Mouth
Rich without being too tannic. The palate is velvety with a burst of flavours. A beautiful wine with a remarkable persistence.
Winemaking
Aging takes place for 15 months in a single large French oak circular vat (6'000 lt) in which the fermentation also occurs
