intense, complex and extremely attractive. Notes of blackcurrant, raspberry, very mature orange peel with a subtle reminder of woodland. Gradually, with breathing, floral notes emerge. The rose and orange blossom, personality characteristics of the soil,
Mouth
the wine is rich on the palate without being too tannic. Its concentration is based on subtleness and especially its incredibly aromatic tones. The palate is velvety with a burst of flavours. A beautiful wine with a remarkable persistence.
Winemaking
Aging takes place for 15 months  in a single large French oak circular vat (6'000 lt)  in which the fermentation also occurs
