Founding of the Poli Family Business
The history of the Poli family of Schiavon (in Veneto) is closely linked to the history of the distillery. This legendary family business was founded in 1898 and is now run by brothers and sisters Barbara, Andrea, Giampaolo and Jacopo.
Innovative Distillation Techniques
In order to better adapt to the diversity of products used in the composition of its distillates, Poli uses two distillation methods: in a bain-marie and with old copper cauldrons. Thanks to a unique know-how, Poli is able to offer a very wide variety of Grappas, Brandy and other distillates of quality, produced in traditional ways.
A Museum dedicated to the Art of Distilling
The Schiavon distillery also boasts a museum highlighting its rich heritage and commitment to traditional craftsmanship.
