Nose
Intense, complex bouquet of lime and pear with hints of Mediterranean herbs and white fruits.
Mouth
Fresh and vertical attack marked by a magnificent invigorating acidity which then blossoms nobly in the palate, and a finish that reveals an impressive structure. Lime and citrus give way to a subtle finish interspersed with floral aromas and white peach.
Winemaking
Vinification in stainless steel vats. Partial ageing (around 9%) in barrels for 4 months.
